Istanbul Governorship Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building Restoration and Reconstruction Construction
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building Restoration and Reconstruction Project is a comprehensive restoration investment that aims to re-function one of the symbol buildings of Istanbul’s historical and cultural heritage while preserving its original architectural character. Restoration, reconstruction, structural strengthening and ground improvement works were carried out within the scope of the project, which has a closed area of approximately 7,700 m². Kors İnşaat A.Ş., as a subcontractor, has successfully completed critical works for the production of 8,200 meters of bored piles, ground improvement applications, controlled excavation works and the integration of new reinforced concrete carrier systems with the historical structure in accordance with engineering principles; It has made a significant contribution to the safe strengthening of the historical building and its acquisition of a solid engineering infrastructure that will serve for many years.
