Coastal Strengthening and Recreation Area Arrangement Construction between Eminönü Square and Unkapanı Bridge
Coastal Strengthening and Recreation Area Arrangement Project carried out on the Golden Horn coastline between Eminönü Square and Unkapanı Bridge; It is being implemented with the aim of increasing coastal security, expanding public use areas and reintegrating the region into urban life as a modern recreation area. Within the scope of the project carried out on the approximately 450 meter long coastal line between the Golden Horn Metro Bridge and the Atatürk Bridge, comprehensive coastal reinforcement works were carried out using steel piles with a total length of 12,000 meters and a weight of approximately 5,500 tons. The area remained idle for many years; It is being brought back into urban life with uninterrupted walking and cycling paths, recreation areas, landscaping and social facilities. Kors İnşaat A.Ş., as a subcontractor, undertakes the construction of cafe buildings as well as shore reinforcement works and contributes to the implementation of the project with its engineering, application and quality-oriented approach.
